RETURN & REFUND POLICY

For a change-of-mind return, email thelittleposthouseco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Contact us before returning anything.

Physical boxes must be returned complete, with all contents unused and in their original packaging. Surprise assortments vary; we do not offer partial returns or refunds because you prefer different items. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. Original shipping is non-refundable unless required by law.

For damaged, missing or incorrect items, email us promptly. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return postage for defective items or our errors.

Digital PDFs cannot be returned for a change of mind after delivery. Contact us about faulty, incorrect or undelivered files. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times vary.
